This traditional striped Guatemalan huipil is a vintage piece that was handmade by Mayans many years ago in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala. It features a beautifully embroidered parrot motif at the top of the blouse in a variety of colors, as well as vertical stripes in shades of purple. Due to the nature of this garment – it was handwoven on a backstrap loom – it is truly one of a kind, and you will find that no two are alike.
The top is made from 100% cotton and is perfect to wear either loose or fitted. Blouse is 26.5″ long. One size fits most (for questions in regards to sizing, please feel free to contact us).
