This traditional maroon striped Guatemalan huipil is a vintage piece that was handmade by Mayans over 50 years ago in San Juan Cotal, Guatemala. It features an array of multicolored stripes accompanied by a beautifully embroidered motif and geometric design at the top of the blouse. Due to the nature of this garment – it was handwoven on a backstrap loom – it is truly one of a kind, and you will find that no two are alike.
The top is made from 100% cotton and is perfect to wear either loose or fitted. Blouse is 20″ long. One size fits most (for questions in regards to sizing, please feel free to contact us).
