Marcia's Minute
It's Summer Time, and we've got you
covered...literally! As you probably know by
now, we have an amazing selection of cool,
cotton, loose fitting clothing that is not only
flattering, but is unique! And men, we have not
forgotten you - we not only have a large
selection of Guayavera shirts in both cotton and
linen, but we also have a wonderful selection of
short sleeve, straight-cut shirts in soft
Guatemalan fabric that are perfect for our Texas
weather.
And for your daughters, don't forget that we
also have beautifully embroidered Puebla
dresses. Just as they were many years ago, these
dresses have become incredibly fashionable
again. Loose-fitting and made of all cotton,
these dresses are fun AND comfortable!
And don't forget to get some comfortable & CUTE
summer sandals from San Miguel! We just received
in a great new selection of colors to round out
your summer wardrobe.
So
come on in to get ready for these upcoming hot
summer months, and while you're at it, you'll

coming in from my most recent trip to Mexico:

Do you ever do special orders?

This is a question we hear
a lot, so thank you for asking it Mark!
Actually, there are many items
that we take special requests on. With Folk Art,
many pieces are unique, so either Marcia will ask
the artist directly to make the specific piece you
are requesting, or she will look for your item
during her next trip to Mexico or Guatemala.
There are also many items that
we CAN go ahead and order for you immediately like
embroidered jeans, Mexican tile mirrors, Gorky
pottery, as well as other items, so if you don't
find what you are looking for, please ask! We may
still be able to get exactly what you are looking
for!
