Clay - what a wonderful gift from the
earth! Sprung from the ground we walk on, earthenware pottery has been
and continues to be an integral part of nearly every culture on earth.
Originally utilitarian, clay pots and plates gave way in the potter's
hands to objects that helped us perform our rituals, record our everyday
lives, and give form to our dreamy, aesthetic, and whimsical natures.
Our Mexican and Guatemalan pottery takes many shapes. You'll enjoy these
warm, wonderful, wise, and witty creations from artists who enjoy having
this bit of mother nature under their skin.
