l Interior is one of Austin’s oldest and most established folk art, clothing, textiles and home accessories galleries. |
|
El Interior maintains an extensive inventory of oil cloth—in bolts and a variety of custom designed shopping and tote bags. Our inventory of hand woven textiles is unrivaled outside Guatemala. |
Since 1979, the highest quality of craftsmanship and folk art are offered in our convenient West Austin location, all personally collected directly from artisans and producers from throughout Mexico and Guatemala by owner Marcia Lucas. Marcia personally chooses or designs El Interior’s clothing line for men and women—blouses, shirts, jackets, huipiles, skirts, guayaberas, belts and accessories. The selection of San Miguel women’s sandals is the largest in the Southwest. |
And, because we buy directly from artisans and producers, our prices are the most competitive on the globe. Serious collectors of Mexican folk art find unique and one-of-a-kind works at El Interior. For personal and immediate service, call El Interior toll free at 1-888-474-8680. Or visit us in Austin, Texas at 1009 West Lynn (between West Sixth and Enfield). Click here for how to find us.
