Oaxaca Group Tour — February 2018

At the start of each year, store owner Marcia Lucas hosts a one-of-a-kind trip to Mexico, allowing participants to fully immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Oaxaca. To ensure that each person is able to genuinely experience and appreciate the diversity of Oaxaca, the trip is capped off at 13 guests, making it a truly intimate travel experience. After spending a full week basking in the beauty of Oaxaca City, our last group has returned, and we have some fun pictures and videos to share.

Note: For more information on what this year’s trip to Oaxaca entailed (and what to expect for next year), click here. We’ve also secured the dates for next year: January 24-31, 2019, so be on the lookout for more details in the coming weeks!

Testimonials:

Thank you for hosting such a fabulous tour. Your depth (and breadth) of knowledge made the experience so special. The artists we met were fantastic and the sites we visited were absolutely the right ones to see. Same for dining choices. I would have never gone on my own, so I really appreciate the opportunity to travel with your group. You really know your stuff!”

El Interior’s small group trip to Oaxaca, under the amazing guidance of store owner Marcia Lucas, was one of my top 5 trips to date!  All aspects (travel arrangements, hotel, food, tours and shopping) were  beyond expectation.  A highlight was a trip to the market followed by a cooking class with master chef Pilar Cabrera.  Don’t miss the next one!
